AFRICAN SPORTS CENTRE FOR DATA, RESEARCH & TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS WITH EQUITYSPORT
The Accra-based African Sports Centre for Data, Research and Technology has partnered with equitysport in a determined bid to advance the development of sport across the continent.

The African Sports Centre is an organisation committed to championing the use of scientific and technological methodologies and innovations for the development of sports in keeping with the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
With offices in Accra, Ghana and Nigeria, ASC is determined to advance the utilisation of sports data, research and technology in Africa with a view to bridge the gap between the continent and the rest of the world.

Ewurama Kakraba-Ampeh, Project Coordinator at ASC said of the partnership:
"At ASC, our mission is to advance the use of data, research and technology in the African sporting landscape and addressing the inequalities that exist is one avenue of achieving that. We are delighted to partner with equitysport, who are doing absolutely incredible and relevant work in tackling inequalities that exist with global sport."
Tim Harper, Founder and Chief Exec at equitysport added:
"Having spoken with Ewurama and Prince Narkotu Teye [Founder and Chief Executive] at ASC over the past few months, it was clear that the two organisations shared an ambitious vision of how some of the system-built inequities in global sport can be tackled.
To partner with an organisation with their finger so firmly on the pulse and one ready to act was a no-brainer and we look forward to collaborating as we share, learn and develop together."
